Whole Bran Muffins Recipe

What You Need
1 cup flour, sifted
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1 cup whole bran
1 egg, well beaten
3 tablespoons butter, melted
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 425F and grease muffin pan.
2. Sift flour once, measure, add baking powder, sugar and salt, and sift again.
3. Pour milk over whole bran, then add egg and butter to bran mixture.
4. Add flour mixture to wet ingredients, stirring only until moistened.
5. Spoon into prepared pan and bake 20 minutes.
