What You Need
4 skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 8-oz. cans tomato sauce (no salt)
1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon basil leaves
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
What To Do
1. Brown chicken in hot frying pan.
2. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour mixture over chicken.
3. Heat mixture until it boils, then reduce heat, cover and cook over low heat until chicken is tender, about 45 minutes.
