This Fast Chili Recipe cooks up in a matter of minutes on the stovetop. It doesn't provide the deep flavors of all-day chili, but it certainly hits the spot when you're in a hurry.

2 cups water
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon curry powder
3 tomatoes, diced
4 cups cooked kidney beans
1 onion, chopped
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
What To Do
1. Saute ground beef in a frying pan until lightly browned. Drain.
2. Add water, plus chili and curry powders, to beef and simmer 5 minutes.
3. Add tomatoes and beans and heat through.
4. Stir in onions.
5. Ladle into serving bowls; top with sprinkling of cheese.
