Smoky Chipotle Chili Recipe

This Smoky Chipotle Chili recipe makes 8 servings.
What You Need
1 pound ground beef
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 (16-ounce) Can kidney beans, drained, rinsed
1 cup Chipotle Chunky Salsa
1 cup whole kernel corn
2 cups beef stock
Garnishes
Sour cream
Corn chips
Shredded pepper jack cheese
Cornbread
What To Do
1. Place ground beef, garlic, chipotle salsa and chili powder into large skillet and cook about 10 minutes, browning beef. Drain fat.
2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a roiling boil. Reduce heat and simmer (uncovered) about 15-20 minutes.
3. Serve with your choice of garnishes.
