Terlingua Red Chili Stew Recipe

Terlingua Red Chili Stew is named after the Texas town of Terlingua where the World International Chili Cookoff is held each year.
What You Need
• 1 lb. cubed Stew Meat
• 1 tsp. Chili Powder
• 1 sliced Jalapeno
• 1 tsp. Garlic
• 1 tsp. Cilantro
• 2 large Potatoes, diced
• 1 medium Onion, chopped
• 1 2 oz. can Green Chiles
• 1 8 oz. can Tomato Sauce
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
What To Do
1. Brown meat, potatoes and onions in bacon drippings.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients with 2 cups of water.
3. Bake covered at 350 F. for 1 hour.
