This Brunch Eggs recipe makes 8 servings.
What You Need
8 slices bread, cubed
1/2 pound cheddar cheese, cubed
1 bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 4-oz. can mushrooms (optional)
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
Dash pepper
Dash paprika
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a casserole dish, layer bread, cheese and bacon.
3. Beat other ingredients together, then pour over top.
4. If using mushrooms, drain and scatter over top.
5. Bake 50 minutes.
