Country Baked Eggs Recipe

This Country Baked Eggs recipe makes 4 servings.
What You Need
8 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Pepper to taste
Dash of paprika
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Pour cream into large, shallow baking dish.
3. Break eggs into cream (be careful not to break the yolks).
4. Sprinkle cheese, parsley, pepper, onion and paprika over the top.
5. Bake 10 minutes, or until whites are cooked.
