Brunch Oven Omelette Recipe

This Brunch Oven Omelet recipe makes 12 servings.
What You Need
1/4 cup margarine or butter
18 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup chopped green onions
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 325F.
2. Place margarine in 13x9x2 baking dish and melt in oven; coat bottom of dish.
3. In a bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended. Stir in onions, then pour into baking dish.
4. Bake 35 minutes (eggs should be set but moist).
