Sunday Brunch Eggs Recipe
Sure, we call 'em Sunday Brunch Eggs, but you don't have to wait until Sunday to make 'em. This recipe is great any day of the week, and makes six servings.
What You Need
8 slices of bread
3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
1 1/2 cups ham, diced
1/2 cup canned mushrooms
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped pimento
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Tear bread into pieces and place into buttered baking dish.
3. Add cheese, ham, mushrooms, green pepper and pimento.
4. Mix milk, eggs and dry mustard together, then pour over ingredients in dish.
5. Bake 40 minutes or until browned.
