This Lemon Dill Fish recipe makes 6 servings.
What You Need
1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 pound fish fillets (flounder, catfish, or cod)
What To Do
1. Combine salad dressing or mayo with lemon juice, lemon peel and dill weed. Stir until well blended.
2. Place fish on greased grill rack or rack of broiler pan. Brush the fish with half of the sauce and grill or broil 5-8 minutes.
3. Turn fish and brush with the remaining sauce. Continue grilling or broiling for another 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
