Broiled Salmon Teriyaki Recipe
This Broiled Salmon Teriyaki recipe makes 4 servings.
What You Need
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup rice wine
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons grated gingerroot
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
4 4-oz. salmon fillets, skinned
What To Do
1. Add first five ingredients to small saucepan; combine, then bring to a boil, cooking over medium-high heat for five minutes until slightly thickened. Stir occasionally. Strain to remove gingerroot. Allow to cool.
2. Brush salmon fillets with soy sauce mixture on both sides.
3. Spray rack of broiler pan with cooking spray; place fillets on rack. Broil 4-5 inches from heat for 3 minutes.
4. Turn over, baste other side with soy sauce mixture, and broil another two minutes or until fillets flake easily with fork. Baste with soy sauce mixture once more before serving.
