Cranberry-Glazed Salmon Recipe

This Cranberry Glazed Salmon recipes makes 4 servings.
What You Need
1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 lb. salmon fillets, 4 fillets, skinless
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
What To Do
1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except salmon until thoroughly blended.
2. Place salmon in lightly greased baking pan.
3. Spoon cranberry mixture evenly over fillets.
4. Bake at 350F for about 10 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and just flakes when tested with a fork.
