What You Need
1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets, skin removed
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1 lemon, sliced
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 425F. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Place salmon in baking dish and sprinkle with dill and onion salt.
3. Top each fillet with lemon slice.
4. Cover and bake 15-20 minutes, until fish turns opaque.
5. Garnish with extra lemon for serving.
