Herbed Salmon Steaks Recipe
This Herbed Salmon Steaks recipe makes 4 servings.
What You Need
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
4 8-ounce salmon steaks, rinsed and patted dry
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled
2 tablespoons minced onion flakes
What To Do
1. Rub flour into both sides of salmon steaks.
2. In a heavy nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add salmon and cook 5 minutes per side.
3. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste, then pour mixture over salmon.
4. Cook another 8-10 minutes, turning once, or until salmon is cooked throughout. Baste frequently with pan juices.
