Pan-Seared Salmon Recipe
This Pan-Seared Salmon recipes makes 4 servings.

What You Need
• 4 salmon fillets, 6 oz. each
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons capers
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 4 slices lemon

What To Do
1. Preheat a large, heavy skillet over medium heat.

2. Coat salmon with olive oil, then place in preheated skillet and increase heat to high. Cook for 3 minutes.

3. Sprinkle with capers, salt and pepper before turning. Cook 5 minutes more on other side, or until browned.

Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with lemon slices for serving.
