Simple Salmon Fillets Recipe
This Simple Salmon Fillets recipe makes 6 servings.
What You Need
6 salmon fillets, 4 oz. each
1 package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
1/2 c water
2 tablespoon lemon juice
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly butter 9x13 baking dish.
2. In a cup, combine salad dressing mix, water and lemon juice.
3. Arrange salmon fillets in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Pour dressing mixture over the top.
4. Bake, covered, for 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes, basting with cooking liquids.
