What You Need
1 lb. cod fillets, frozen
1/4 tbsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp ground oregano
1/8 tsp thyme
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp margarine, melted
What To Do
1. Thaw cod according to package directions.
2. Preheat oven to 350F.
3. Place four fillets or pieces of fish into ungreased 13x9x2 baking pan.
4. In a small bowl, compine all spices. Sprinkle spices over fish pieces, then sprinkle fish with lemon and drizzle melted margarine over the top.
5. Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork (about 20-25 minutes).
