This Blackened Tilapia recipe makes 4 servings.
What You Need
4 tilapia fillets
2 tablespoons paprika
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground red pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons dried crushed basil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
What To Do
1. Preheat iron skillet over high heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add seasonings to bowl and mix.
3. Dip fillets in melted butter, then coat with seasonings.
4. Place in hot skillet and cook 2 minutes per side.
