This Crispy Tilapia recipe makes 4 servings.
What You Need
4 tilapia filets
1 cup cream of wheat (not instant)
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
Olive oil
What To Do
1. Combine cream of wheat, salt, cayenne and white pepper in shallow dish.
2. Coat each tilapia filet with dry mix.
3. Pan-fry fish in a half-inch of olive oil, approximately 3 minutes per side, or until fish is cooked through and golden brown.
