This Pan-Fried Tilapia recipe makes 4 servings.
What You Need
4 tilapia fillets
3 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons peanut oil
4 tablespoons butter
1 lemon juiced
1 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
What To Do
1. Season fillets with salt and pepper and lightly dust with flour.
2. Saute in peanut oil until fillets are nicely browned and cooked through (2-3 minutes per side).
3. When fish is done, remove fillets and drain oil. Add lemon juice, butter and parsley and whisk to blend. Then pour over tilapia and serve.
