What You Need
2/3 cup unbleached flour
1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cups milk
2 tablespoons oil
1 medium ripe banana, finely chopped
What To Do
1. Grease griddle and preheat.
2. Combine flours, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together milk and oil, then stir into dry ingredients and mix just enough to moisten.
4. Fold in banana.
5. Spoon onto hot griddle. Turn once during cooking.
