This Oatmeal Pancakes recipe makes 10.
What You Need
1 1/2 cups quick cooking
1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 cup skim milk
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
What To Do
1. Add dry ingredients to blender and process until oatmeal flakes are fine. Dump into medium mixing bowl.
2. In a small bowl, mix wet ingredients lightly, then pour into dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Let stand 5 minutes.
3. Lightly oil griddle (dab paper towel in oil and rub over surface) and preheat to hot.
4. Pour batter onto griddle with a 1/4 cup measuring cup.
