This White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Pancakes recipe makes 5-6 servings.
What You Need
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoons soda
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups buttermilk
1/4 cups melted unsalted butter
1 large package white chocolate chips (or use just 3/4 of package)
1/2 cup chopped, toasted
Chopped macadamia nuts
What To Do
1. Sift dry ingredients.
2. Add all remaining ingredients except nuts.
3. Drop 1/4 cup of batter onto lightly greased griddle, spreading batter slightly, for each pancake.
4. Sprinkle chopped nuts over top. Flip when browned.
Serving suggestion: Garnish with fresh blackberries and warmed blackberry syrup.
