Creamy Italian Shrimp Linguine Recipe
This Creamy Italian Shrimp Linguini recipe makes 4-6 servings.
What You Need
2 cans Campbells Golden Mushroom soup
1/2 cup white wine white cooking wine)
1 cup water (add more for desired consistency)
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 4.5-oz. cans mushrooms, coarsley chopped
1 8-oz. package cream cheese (sliced thin for melting)
1 1/2 to 2 pounds medium shrimp (about 31-40 shrimp), peeled and deveined
16 oz. linguini, uncooked
What To Do
1. Get linguini cooking according to package instructions.
2. In a large skillet on medium-low heat, add soup, wine, water and Italian seasoning. Blend well and simmer, uncovered, 4-5 minutes.
2. Add mushrooms and cream cheese. Blend at same heat for five minutes or until cheese is dissolved.
3. Add shrimp, stir and simmer covered for 5-7 minutes or until shrimp is lightly pink.
Serve over cooked linguine.
