Bisquick Lasagna Recipe
 
This Bisquick Lasagna recipe makes 15 servings. There are no noodles in this recipe, and some who have tried it says it's really more like "lasagna and dumplings."

What You Need
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
• 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 3 cups Bisquick
• 1 creamed cottage cheese
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1 cup shredded zucchini
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

What To Do
1. Cook beef and onion; drain, then add spaghetti sauce, parsley and oregano. Bring to a boil while stirring, then reduce head to low.

2. Preheat oven to 375F.

3. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients, minus zucchini and mozzarella, and beat 20 strokes.

4. Spread half of dough in bottom of ungreased 19x9-inch pan. Sprinkle half of zucchini over dough, and half of the meat sauce mixture. Top with half of mozzarella.

5. Form remaining dough into teaspoonfuls and drop in. Sprinkle remaining zucchini, and add remaining meat sauce and cheese.

6. Bake 30-35 minutes, until dark golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
