What You Need
3/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1 10-oz. package frozen mixed vegetables
1/3 medium green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/4 cup lowfat Italian dressing
What To Do
1. Cook macaroni and frozen vegetables according to package directions. Drain.
2. Add green pepper, onion and dressing. Mix.
3. Chill well before serving.
