Southwest Pasta Salad Recipe

This is a salad that looks as good as it tastes with reds, greens, blacks and yellows. To make it even more colorful, use a bag of multicolored macaroni.
What You Need
4 cups cooked macaroni
1 1/2 cups salsa, separated
1 cup red onion, chopped
2 cups tomato, diced
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup cooked black beans
1 cup corn niblets, cooked
1 tablespoon cilantro
What To Do
1. In a large mixing bowl or salad bowl, combine cooked macaroni and a half-cup of the salsa.
2. Chill for 30 minutes.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and toss.
4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
