Tuna Macaroni Salad Recipe
What You Need
1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
2 6-oz. cans tuna, water-packed, drained
4 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/4 cup celery, chopped
3/4 cup carrots, grated
1/2 cup salad dressing, mayonnaise-style
2 tbsp onion, minced
1/4 tsp pepper
What To Do
1. Bring water to boil in large saucepan. Cook macaroni until tender, approximately 6-8 minutes, and drain well.
2. In a large bowl, combine tuna, macaroni, eggs, celery and carrots.
3. In another bowl, stir together salad dressing, onion and pepper.
4. Spoon dressing mixture over tuna and macaroni mixture. Toss until ingredients are evenly covered with dressing. Chill.
