Spaghetti with Clam Sauce Recipe
This Spaghetti with Clam Sauce recipe makes 8 servings.
What You Need
1 pound spaghetti, uncooked
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 (6 1/2-oz.) cans chopped clams, drained (reserve liquid)
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon. white pepper
What To Do
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
2. Heat oil in a medium skillet, then stir in liquid from clams, plus parsley. Cook, stirring, 3 minutes.
3. Add clams, wine, basil and pepper, reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes.
4. Transfer spaghetti to serving bowl; pour sauce over top and serve.
