Seasoned Pork Roast Recipe

What You Need
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2-lb. boneless pork roast
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon ground ginger
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Combine garlic salt and pepper and rub over roast.
3. Place roast on rack in roasting pan and roast for approximately 80 minutes.
4. During the last 30 minutes of roasting, baste roast with mixture of honey, horseradish and ginger.
5. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
