Cottage Cheese and Vegetables Sandwich Recipe
This recipes makes 2 Cottage Cheese and Vegetables sandwiches.

What You Need
• 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
• 2 tablespoons shredded carrot
• 1 tablespoon chopped celery
• 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
• 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
• Dash pepper
• 4 slices bread

What To Do
1. Mix all ingredients except bread.

2. Spread one-half of mixture on each of 2 bread slices. Top with remaining bread.
