Lime Ginger Shrimp Recipe

This Lime Ginger Shrimp recipe makes 2 servings. Serve it as is, or over pasta or rice.
What You Need
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 garlic glove, grated or crushed
1 tablespoon chili oil
1 pound tiger shrimp in shells, deveined
What To Do
1. Mix lime juice, ginger and garlic, then pour mixture over shrimp and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat oil in skillet over medium heat.
3. Pour shrimp and marinade into pan and saute for 5-10 minutes, until sauce thickens.
