Slow Cooker Beef Stew Recipe

This is a pretty easy slow cooker beef stew recipe because you basically just dump everything into the crockpot and wait for the flavors to magically appear. This recipe makes 4 servings.
What You Need
1 pound cubed beef stew meat
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon paprika
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 cups beef broth
1 1/2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 onion, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
2 potatoes, cubed
1/2 pound mushrooms, quartered
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
What To Do
1. Place beef stew meat into slow cooker.
2. Mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl, then sprinkle over stew meat. Stir to coat.
3. Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker and stir.
4. Cover, cook on low 6 hours. Stir a couple times during cooking.
