Serve these turkey patties as the entree with cheese melted on top; or serve on a bed of rice. Or turn them into turkey burgers!
What You Need
1 lb., 4 oz. ground turkey
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of your favorite mustard
1 1/2 tablespoon margarine
What To Do
1. Mix turkey, bread crumbs, egg, onion and mustard in large bowl.
2. Shape into 4 patties, about a half-inch thick each.
3. Melt margarine in large skillet over low heat. Add patties and cook until golden brown outside (turning to brown both sides) and white inside, around 10 minutes.
