Turkey Rice Casserole Recipe

This Turkey Rice Casserole recipe makes 4 servings. This is a great recipe for those Thanksgiving leftovers.
What You Need
2 cups cooked turkey, cut up
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (3- to 4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
2. Combine all ingredients and pour into casserole.
3. Cover. Bake 30-40 minutes, until mixture is bubbly.
