Cornbread with Corn Recipe

What You Need
1 cup self-rising cornmeal
1/2 butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup cream-style corn
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons grated onion
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Grease a 9-inch cast-iron skillet, then heat in oven for 3 minutes.
3. While skillet is heating, combine all ingredients and mix well.
4. Pour batter into heated skillet. Put skillet back in oven and bake 40 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
