This Creamy Cornbread recipe is so-called because it includes cream-style corn and sour cream.
What You Need
1 cup self-rising cornmeal
1 cup cream style corn
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Lightly grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet, then place in oven to heat.
3. Mix all ingredients to form batter.
4. Pour batter into skillet; bake 40-45 minutes, until golden brown and firm to the touch.
