Jalapeno Cornbread Recipe

What You Need
1 cup yellow cornmeal
17 oz. can whole kernel corn
1 jalepeno pepper, chopped (remove seeds)
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup buttermilk
1 pimento, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x9 baking pan.
2. Add all ingredients except cheese to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
3. Pour into baking ban and sprinkle cheese over top.
4. Bake for 45 minutes.
