Jalapeno Cornbread Muffins Recipe

What You Need
• 1 package corn muffin mix
• 1 small can cream corn
• 1 egg
• Chopped jalapenos
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 400F and grease a muffin tin.
2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into prepared dish.
3. Bake approximately 25 minutes. Watch closely for the tops to brown.
NOTE: Use jalapenos to taste. Jalapenos gets their fire from their seeds, so if you want more heat, include the seeds; if you want less heat, remove seeds before chopping.
