Sourdough Cornbread Recipe

What You Need
1/2 cup active sourdough starter
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 large eggs, stirred
1 cup unbleached flour
1/2 teaspoon cream Of tartar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 385F.
2. Mix ingredients in the order listed above. Stir only enough to blend the mixture.
3. Pour batter into a buttered pan and bake approximately 15 minutes.
