This Seven Grain Bread is for the bread machine and makes one 1.5-pound loaf.
What You Need
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
• 2/3 cup seven grain hot cereal
• 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
• 2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast
What To Do
1. Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer.
2. Set your bread machine to the Basic/White Bread cycle and choose the medium/normal color setting.
3. Cool on wire rack when baking is complete.
