What You Need
3 cups cooked rice
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sharp cheese, grated
1/2 tablespoon chopped onion
1/3 cup parsley, minced
2/3 cup spinach, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 325F and grease and flour a 2-quart casserole dish.
2. Combine all ingredients and put into casserole.
3. Bake approximately 45 minutes.
