Lemon Rice Recipe
This Lemon Rice recipe makes 8 servings.

What You Need
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 4 cups water
• 2 cups uncooked long grain rice
• 4 chicken-flavored bouillon cubes
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

What To Do
1. Saute onion and garlic in oil in a large saucepan until tender.

2. Add water and next 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

3. Stir in parsley.
