This Apple Stuffing recipe makes enough for a small turkey.
What You Need
• 7 cups bread crumbs
• 3 cups apples, diced
• 1 cup onion, minced
• 1 cup seedless raisins
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
What To Do
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss lightly, but well enough to combine and coat bread crumbs and apples.
2. Stuff into cavity of small turkey or similar bird and cook bird as directed.
