This Celery Stuffing recipe makes 4 cups.
What You Need
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups dry breadcrumbs
2 cups finely chopped celery
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
What To Do
1. Melt butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat. Add bread crumbs and mix well.
2. Turn into mixing bowl, then add celery, salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
3. If not using as filling for a turkey or other bird, then bake in a greased baking dish at 350F for 40 minutes.
