Double Rice Stuffing Recipe

What You Need
1 6-oz. package long-grain rice
1 6-oz. package wild rice
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
4 1/2 cups water
3 cups celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 7-oz. jar pimento-stuffed olives, drained and sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
What To Do
1. Prepare rice mixes with 2 tablespoons of the butter or margarine and
4 1/2 cups water, following label directions.
2. In a large frying pan, saute celery and onion in remaining butter until soft; lightly stir in rice mixture, olives, salt, and pepper.
Note: Recipe makes enough to stuff a 12-pound bird.
