Fruited Rice Stuffing Recipe

This Fruited Rice Stuffing recipe makes 4 cups.
What You Need
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 medium celery stalk, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup prunes, cut up
1/3 cup dried apricots, cut up
1/4 teaspoon paprika
4 bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
What To Do
1. Melt margarine in 10-inch skillet.
2. Over medium heat, saute celery, onion, salt and pepper for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
