Herbed Bread Stuffing Recipe

This Herbed Bread Stuffing recipe makes 10 cups.
What You Need
1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups celery, chopped
1/3 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
2 teaspoons sage, rubbed
1 1/2 tablespoons seasoned salt substitute
12 cups dry bread cubes
1 13-oz. can chicken broth
What To Do
1. In a large skillet, saute celery and onion in melted butter until onion becomes transparent. Stir in next four ingredients.
2. Place bread cups in large mixing bowl and pour onion/celery mixture in. Stir.
3. Add chicken broth and toss.
4. Stuff loosely into neck and breast cavities of turkey or chicken and roast. Alternately, spoon mixture into casserole dish and bake, covered, for 45 minutes at 325F.
