Raisin Walnut Stuffing Recipe
 
This Raisin Walnut Stuffing recipe makes 10 cups.

What You Need
• 2 cups seedless raisins
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 2 cups celery, chopped
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine
• 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon powdered Sage
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 16 slices white bread, cubed
• 2 cups walnuts, coarsely chopped

What To Do
1. Simmer raisins in water for 1 minute, then set aside.

2. In a large skillet, melt butter and saute celery and onion until soft.

3. Add chicken broth, salt, sage and pepper and stir.

4. In a large bowl, toss bread cubes and walnuts. Add raisin-water mixture and toss lightly until evenly moist. Recipes makes enough to stuff a 12-pound bird.
