Artichoke Hearts in Cider Recipe

What You Need
Vegetable oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 green pepper, cut in strips
1 pound artichoke hearts
1/2 cup dry cider
Salt and pepper to taste
What To Do
1. Cut artichoke hearts in half.
2. Add enough oil to skillet to thinly coat bottom and heat; add onion, green pepper and halved artichoke hearts.
3. Pour in cider. Cover and simmer over low to medium-low 15-20 minutes.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste before serving.
